Yes, a refundable security deposit of $1500 will be applied to all stays. For events this is raised to $2000.

While Tamarindo is very safe, we do provide bedroom combo safes for storage of valuables. The villa also offers a security system with 24/7 monitoring.
Yes maid service every 2-3 days (depending on length of stay) is included. If groups would prefer daily maid service, that can be arranged for additional cost.
